100-Days Warranty

Shusshh, owned and operated by WOMENOIRE FASHION PRIVATE LIMITED, offers a limited one-time warranty on all massagers against manufacturing defects for a period of one hundred (100) days from the date of the original purchase. This warranty applies only to massagers purchased directly from us.

What is Covered?

• Manufacturing defects

What is Excluded?

• Defects or damage resulting from neglect, tampering, misuse, or unreasonable use
• Defects due to improper storage or physical/electrical stress
• Scratches, dents, or physical damage unless caused by Shusshh
• Ordinary wear and tear
• Repairs conducted by third-party or unauthorized repair centers/agencies/individuals
• Loss or damage to removable parts (this will not result in a replacement of the entire product)
• Actual replacement product may slightly differ due to ongoing improvements
• Products without a valid warranty card or original invoice (damaged, altered, illegible, misplaced, or lost)

All decisions regarding the viability or eligibility of products under this warranty are at the sole discretion of Shusshh.

Implied Warranties This limited warranty is the only warranty provided for Shusshh massagers. Shusshh disclaims any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The customer’s exclusive remedy is limited to the replacement or repair of the product by Shusshh. This warranty supersedes any other warranties, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Remedies In no event will Shusshh or any affiliated companies be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product, or for any breach of warranty, contract, negligence, or other legal claims. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of savings or revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, claims from third parties, or the cost of substitute equipment or services.

How to Claim Warranty If your massager falls within the scope of manufacturing defects covered under our warranty, you may claim the warranty within one hundred (100) days from the date of the original purchase.

To claim the warranty:

• Tap here and you will be redirected to the page where you can claim warranty 
• Email us at hello@shusshh.com with a description of the defect and attach photos and videos of the defective massager.
• Our team will review your claim and respond within 15 days.
• If the defect is genuine, we will either replace the massager once or, in certain cases ( like the product have been stocked out ), refund the total amount paid to the bank account provided by you.
